Lillard Evans, COO
Lillard Evans our Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the driver of the overall operational success of the LE GLOBALy, including the full life-cycle of our operations from the estimating phase to the execution phase. He is responsible for the leadership, management, and vision necessary to accomplish the strategic goals of LE GLOBAL from an operational perspective. This involves a high level of collaboration, superior communication skills, a very deep understanding of our business and industry, and the ability to flawlessly execute our plans and goals. The responsibilities of Mr Evans include proposing strategy and vision for operational efficiency and change over time, maintaining and growing interdepartmental integration, managing operational controls and compliance, ensuring full support for administrative and reporting needs, and developing the various teams and team members that report up through the COO role. Given LE GLOBAL’s primary objective of Enriching Lives, the COO is expected to be a highly visible leader in healthy communication, humility, enrichment of the employee, vendor, and client experience, and cross-team collaboration.
